What I love most about teaching Pilates & Movement is the difference I can make in people’s lives by helping improve their physical and mental wellbeing. It’s so rewarding to watch my clients feel better, become stronger and more in tune with their bodies through mindful movement. I enjoy thinking of new ways to challenge them, while making our time together fun. The focus Body Harmonics places on learning gives me plenty of inspiration for crafting exercise sequences that are engaging and beneficial. It also helps to be surrounded by so many knowledgeable and nurturing teachers.
