ELDOA Level 3
The perfect fit with Pilates and other exercise methods, ELDOA increases overall body awareness and range of motion. It also helps create a sense of length, freedom and support in the spine that leaves clients feeling great.
ELDOA (Étirements Longitudinaux avec Decoaptation Ostéo Articulaire), also known as Longitudinal Osteo-Articular Decoaptation Stretching, is a revolutionary technique created by world renowned French Osteopath Dr. Guy Voyer. ELDOA targets spinal segments, hips and shoulders to create space at the joints.
The exercises are challenging, highly effective and safe. By working muscles in extreme contraction and by remodelling the fascial chains, ELDOA reduces the impact of compressive force that the body endures throughout the day. The method also helps relieve back pain due to pathologies, reduces wear and tear on joints, improves athletic performance and aids with finding your ultimate gravity line.
