  Teacher Training Private Tutorials

Need to make up in-class hours or simply want a more personalized learning experience? Our private and semi-private Teacher Training Tutorials are designed around you. Just select the format that makes the most sense for you. Then connect with us to book your tutorial with one of our expert teacher trainers. A 50% deposit is required and is based on the estimated time to cover the content. The balance is due upon completion, and cancellation fees apply.

One-on-one

Functional Anatomy & Biomechanics Specialist (125 hours)

_ Specialist_Functional Anatomy & Biomechanics

Our Functional Anatomy & Biomechanics Specialist program focuses on how to apply concepts of functional anatomy to a broad range of client scenarios. We cover how all major joints function on their own and as part of the entire neuro-myo-fascial system of the body. Observation and assessment techniques for movement patterns throughout the body are also covered. When you complete this program, you are equipped to identify movement issues and make educated exercise choices that result in positive and lasting changes for your clients. No previous Pilates experience is required.

Post-Rehab Specialist (125 hours)

_ Specialist_Rehab

Our Post-Rehab Specialist program focuses on restoring optimal movement for improved function. We approach movement issues by teaching you to pay attention to and support the functions that are working well while addressing any impairments. Central to this program are assessment skills related to multiple movement impairments and conditions, as well as protocols to create ease of movement and functional support in the body from head to toe. No previous Pilates experience is required.

Diverse Populations Specialist (125 hours)

_ Specialist_Diverse Populations

Our Diverse Populations Specialist program helps you build expertise in key areas to zero in on the needs of specific individuals or groups. Drawing from current research, you learn practical techniques and exercises that can easily translate into specialized classes. Currently the program highlights three populations: Athletes, Moms and Kids and Older Adults. In each case, the philosophy is to help group members move optimally according to their needs and expectations.
