You learn about the physiological changes throughout pregnancy and how to support those clients with a targeted exercise program at every stage.

Advanced Biomechanics

Advanced Biomechanics

Our Advanced Biomechanics Specialist program will enable you to create customized one-on-one sessions and group classes with a deep and layered understanding of human movement and movement potential.

You will be able to work multiple movement maps and offer uniquely tailored programming that unlocks optimal movement function in the neuro-myofascial-skeletal system. When the biomechanical functions in the body work well, there’s a sense of comfort and lightness, and people are able to move with ease and power.

Our Motor Control Specialist certificate program is designed to educate you on how movement works from a neurological perspective.

It provides a solid base of knowledge on neurophysiology and the principles of motor learning and neuroplasticity as they apply to a person with a healthy nervous system and those living with neurological conditions.
