Specialize in Diverse Populations

The Body Harmonics Diverse Populations program helps you build expertise in key areas to zero in on the needs of specific individuals or groups. Drawing from current research, you learn practical techniques and exercises that can easily translate into specialized classes. Currently the program highlights three populations: Athletes, Pre/Post Natal, and Older Adults. In each case, the philosophy is to help group members move optimally according to their needs and expectations.

Diverse Populations Multidisciplinary diploma program (125 hours)

If you are a professional who wants to focus on specific populations and meet their needs from a variety of perspectives, this diploma program is for you.

No previous Pilates experience is required.
