Anatomy for Motion
This course brings human anatomy to life, based on kinesiological principles and the science of human movement. You learn, visualize, and experience accurate neuromuscular recruitment, joint mechanics, coordination and control conceptually and through sensations.

- Explore structural anatomy in 3-D
- Learn key muscles and their integration to create movement
- Practice embodied movement to cement the learned concepts
