Susie Saliola

After suffering a disc herniation, I found that Pilates was my key to recovery. The work left me feeling incredibly strong and so in tune with my body, that I just had to learn more. I’ve been a certified yoga instructor since 2017, so adding Pilates to my repertoire felt like a natural progression in learning more about the body.

It’s amazing to be a guide on each person’s journey to better physical awareness and mindfulness. I’m convinced that a challenging and playful movement practice can reveal each individual’s true potential, both on and off the mat/machine. I love it when people feel surprised at their strength and proud of themselves!

I love that, at Body Harmonics, the science of movement is the priority, yet it’s expertly interwoven with creativity and flow. All of the teachers/staff at BH are incredibly knowledgeable, inspiring, and supportive. The client-centered approach at BH is completely unmatched. Also, as someone who loves learning about the science of movement (and learning in general), BH has the most well-thought-out and communicated evidence-based education programs.
