Becoming a Pilates instructor felt like a natural progression for me. I’m fascinated with anatomy and physiology, and this led me to practice massage therapy early in my career. After personally experiencing the immense freedom Pilates brought to my body, I was hooked! I’m excited to help others discover what their body is capable of, and how empowering it feels to move well.
It’s so satisfying to witness my clients’ journey as they become acquainted with sensations in their body for the first time, and as they develop deeper connections over time. When a client returns and tells you that they noticed that they felt more stable while paddleboarding, or that they were able to finish their with bike ride without pain, it’s the best feeling!
Working at Body Harmonics kind of feels like being part of a chess team, a cheerleading squad and a book club, all in one. From the other instructors to the reception team, to those working behind the scenes, my co-workers are all so smart, motivated, encouraging and empathic. It’s great to feel part of such a supportive and close-knit team!
