My recent pregnancies, followed by the physical exertion that comes with being a parent of two young children, have taken a significant toll on my body. This is exactly what led me to pursue Pilates in a much more meaningful way. I aim to share my personal success as a means to inspire others as I guide them through movement.
I believe that facilitating a movement class is just as much about the process as it is about the results. While many of us are results-driven, we gather for movement to also seek enjoyment, community, and to take a pause in our many ongoing daily obligations. The focus on intentional exercises to enhance function in everyday life makes BH classes relevant to a spectrum of people.
