As a former English instructor, I found purpose in helping my students achieve their goals and excelling in whatever way they defined success. Putting two of my passions together, teaching and Pilates, is a dream that I’ve finally realized. As a teacher at Body Harmonics, I’m thrilled to be working with our wonderful clients and outstanding staff. I love that Pilates evolves with each individual and that it is as diverse a practice as the people who embrace it.
I love cheering my clients on and giving them a space to both challenge and care for themselves. My only goal is to help them achieve theirs. Each person is unique and constantly evolving, and it is a privilege to be a part of that journey.
My favourite thing about Body Harmonics is the people. Everyone is welcoming and the “people first” culture is so refreshing. The care that we provide our clients is singular and remarkable, and I believe the wonderful environment at our Studios is due to the giving, knowledgeable, and caring energy of our staff.
