PILATES & MOVEMENT TEACHER

As a Pilates instructor, I know that working with the feet in intricate ways has a profound impact on the entire body. How amazing that working with the fascial lines starting in the feet can lead to reduced shoulder tension and ease of neck motion! It was a natural progression for me to delve further into this interconnectedness. Through reflexology, I am able to facilitate healing and help bring balance to the whole person.
I love to help people get and feel stronger and recover from old and/or new injuries. I also find it fulfilling to help clients feel more confident and empowered. It is such an honour to work with my clients on a therapist/client level. The trusting relationships that we develop allow me to be there for them as they celebrate wins and grieve losses in their personal lives.
It’s so great to be part of a team where there is constant opportunity for learning – whether it is being inspired by colleagues or picking up tidbits of new information from courses, master classes, and staff meetings, the possibilities are endless.
