Every year the Body Harmonics Pilates and Movement Teacher Training program grows. We’ve got a full Pilates Comprehensive Track, nearly 50 Continuing Education Workshops and three Specialist diploma programs. Our training is offered in Toronto, across Canada and now worldwide.
Maybe you’re interested in becoming a Pilates teacher and you’ve got some questions to clear up. You may be a Pilates mat teacher and want to test-drive some Pialtes equipment before moving onto the next phase of your training. Perhaps you have already completed all three levels of Pilates Comprehensive Track and want to see what’s new next year. Or you just want to meet some awesome teachers and trainers from the Body Harmonics community. Whatever your case may be, we’ve got an amazing event coming up on Friday, Septemeber 8 from 5-9pm, and we’d love you to join us!
There’s so much in store for the evening:
Get up close and personal with Body Harmonics Founder, Margot McKinnon
This evening will be a great chance to get face time with Margot, ask her questions, take a photo and soak in inspiration from this amazing and extraordinary woman.
Do a springboard class
Springboard classes will be offered at 5pm, 6pm and 7:45pm. If you’ve never worked on the Pilates Cadillac, springboard or other resistance machine, this is your chance to feel it out. You’ll also learn why the springboard is a fantastic tool and how it can benefit you, your studio and your clients. Space is limited–email [email protected] to book your spot.
Experience Pilates equipment in one-on-one setting
Body Harmonics studio teachers will be available to introduce you to the Pilates equipment including the reformer, Cadillac, chair and ladder barrel. Learn what each piece of equipment is about and see how it makes your body feel. Demos will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Learn about Body Harmonics Pilates Comprehensive Track
If you want to become a Pilates teacher, you’ll be walked through the steps from start to finish. Learn what programs you need to complete, what it takes to be a Pilates teacher-in-training, and how to transform into a successful and sought-after Pilates teacher.
Learn about Body Harmonics Specialist diploma programs
Whether you’re a Pilates teacher, yoga teacher, personal trainer, massage therapist or other movement professional, the Specialist diploma program is a great opportunity to boost your skills.
Three diploma programs are currently offered: Anatomy & Biomechanics, Post Rehab and Diverse Populations specializing in Older Adults, Moms & Kids or Athletes. You can stick to any single one that piques your interest or work towards multiple Specialist diplomas at the same time.
Engage with Body Harmonics Teacher Training Faculty
Body Harmonics teacher trainers have a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw from. You’ll have a chance to chat with them and ask them questions about teaching, movement, Body Harmonics programming or anything else that comes to mind!
Connect with other professionals
You’ve heard the phrase “it’s not what you know, it’s who you know.” Connecting with others in the Body Harmonics teacher community gives you the chance to meet like-minded professionals you may one day train with, work with, collaborate and even become friends with.
Get exclusive discounts on clothing and props
It’s always nice to save on purchases you make. When you attend workshops at Body Harmonics Studios in Toronto, you save 15% on all clothing and small apparatus sold in our Retail Store.
