Building a Resilient Pelvic Floor and Strong Core

The pelvic floor musculature is essential to our health and wellbeing. These muscles are part of the deep core and contribute to support for the entire body. When dysfunction sets in, the pelvic floor can become overly tight or loose, and incontinence, pelvic pain, pain during sex, in the low back, SI joints or hips can emerge. The entire core is weakened and a vicious cycle begins.
In this four week series, you will learn and practise a conditioning sequence to restore appropriate tone and elasticity in the pelvic floor and deep core, so you have a chance to build a foundation for an at-home program. Open to all, and appropriate for women and men, the exercises presented will be simple and easily modified according to individual needs.
This series does not include access to the unlimited live classes for the month of April.
