If you are interested in a step-by-step introduction to Pilates, this specialty series is for you! Over four classes, you get to experience major themes and key exercises that are the building blocks of a strong, resilient body. You’ll be introduced to breathing and positional cues so you learn how to get the most out of an exercise. You will also be given guidance about how to sense and feel when you are doing an exercise with accuracy and precision. Includes access to 165+ unlimited live classes for the month of February.
