GET RID OF LOW BACK PAIN SERIES
Our Get Rid of Low Back Pain series is back by popular demand and is a targeted intervention based on clinically proven protocols. We take a step-by-step approach with lots of modifications to identify which exercises are best for your back.
This series is for you if:
• Your back pain is intermittent but long standing
• You’ve been told you have mechanical low back pain
• You have been diagnosed with stenosis, scoliosis, degenerative disc disease, osteoarthritis, spondylosis or osteoarthritis, to name a few
