Classes are designed to be as accessible as possible. Team classes can be done anywhere, anytime. A dedicated Zoom link is set up for your group and timing is arranged to suit the needs of your team’s week. Classes can be as often as you’d like—from once a week to three times a week. Choose from 30-minute, 45-minute or 60-minutes classes. Class participants only need comfortable clothing and a mat or a towel to lie on the floor. No specialized equipment is required and instruction is carefully crafted so participants can follow along without looking at the screen if they prefer.
Exercise sequences are designed to boost overall flexibility and strength while loosening up tight muscles and relieving mental stress and fatigue. Special attention is paid to easing low back pain and aching hips, and the neck and shoulder pain that comes from spending too much time sitting (or standing) at a desk staring at a screen.
Instructors for our corporate team classes are hand-picked. They all have extensive training in systemic approaches to movement and exercises based on applied kinesiology and movement science. Body Harmonics specializes in working with people dealing with chronic issues related to postural imbalances, injuries that never fully healed, pain syndromes, and aches and pains of impaired movement patterns both simple and complex.
