We created the Body Harmonics Pilates & Movement exercise manuals as professional resources, but people from all walks of life use them for home-based exercise programs too. Each manual includes a step-by-step photographic sequence with non-technical language to explain the movements. Biomechanics, common challenges, and ways to modify accompany every exercise so professionals can make educated choices about when to use an exercise and with whom. There are 14 manuals in total, divided into two categories: Pilates Track and Continuing Education.
We also created two Body Harmonics Pilates & Movement guides with step-by-step visual depictions of exercises using Swivel discs and the Magic Circle™, two signature Pilates-based apparatus to build a balanced body.
