TORONTO, May 1, 2019: Body Harmonics, one of Toronto’s most established Pilates institutions, is excited to announce the launch of its new On Demand platform for streaming and downloading its own brand of Pilates & Movement videos. Set to launch publicly on May 4, 2019, in conjunction with international Pilates Day, the On Demand service will allow people everywhere to access Body Harmonics’ “feel-great” programs anywhere, anytime. Guided by founder Margot Mckinnon, M.Ed., Body Harmonics On Demand will focus on helping users feel strong and confident in their bodies—wherever they are and whatever stage of life they’re in. By leveraging her knowledge of Pilates, movement and exercise science, McKinnon has created an experience that is energizing, accessible and, for some, transformative. More than just another “feel the burn” exercise system, every On Demand program is geared towards helping people move the way nature intended—with strength and ease—their whole life long.
According to McKinnon, “For me, being fit and healthy goes far beyond looking great. It’s about being able to move through life with as great a sense of ease and wellbeing as possible—for as long as possible. Our long-standing clients have taught us that being able to move with strength and ease is far more important to them than focusing on unrealistic (and often unsafe standards) for fitness and beauty.”
Body Harmonics On Demand will launch with more than 65 Pilates & Movement video titles (500-plus hours) and more than a dozen how-to eBooks at digital.bodyharmonics.com. The company plans to add additional titles every month to help keep subscribers inspired and motivated to move well every day with the help of Body Harmonics.
