It’s such a rush when you can teach an advanced exercise and have your Pilates students do it successfully. At Body Harmonics, our signature Progressive Sequences help build movement up effectively. You can use them on any piece of Pilates equipment. The Progressive Sequences will give you a roadmap to work with so your students are successful every time!
We review the full technique, ‘rules’ and how to best implement these Progressive Sequences in our Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer trainings.
Today, I’ll list a Progressive Sequence building toward Arabesque with Attitude on the Pilates Reformer. Think of the advanced exercise as the final step.
Please note, you wouldn’t want to use these all in a single class. Break them up over a series of sessions.
