Join us for a fun and free-flowing class in support of Frontlines
At Body Harmonics, we believe that movement has the power to heal, without bias. But not everyone feels comfortable joining a class, nor do they have the time or means to do so. That’s where Movement for Change comes in. Please join us for Movement for Change—a fun live-streamed Pilates & Movement class benefiting Frontlines. This amazing community-based charitable organization works to address the pressing needs of children and youth in Toronto’s Weston and surrounding area—one of the most disadvantaged communities in Ontario and one of the hardest hit during COVID. Frontlines serves the community with programs ranging from homework and fitness clubs to summer camps and employment services.
While there is no fee to sign up for this class, please make a donation to Frontlines if you can. And please spread the word. Together we are stronger!
