Holiday restoration routine

With the holidays just around the corner, the malls are buzzing, emotions are running high and life may feel like it’s getting turned upside down. This time of year is about reconnecting with friends, family and preparing for the year ahead.

It’s easy to get caught up in the holiday stress. According to the Mayo Clinic, sticking with your daily health habits like eating well, getting enough sleep and maintaining your regular physical activity is key for coping with holiday stress.

So below are some exercises you can do if you need a “tune-up”. I’m suggesting an order, but if you don’t have the time, just pick one or two and feel great about that. They’re designed to help realign your body and keep everything in check.

The first video is all of the exercises performed in my suggested order. Following that are individual exercises listed one at a time so you can delve deeper and get the most out of each.
