Novel coronavirus (COVID-19) update, as of March 16, 2020
Body Harmonics Centres in Toronto will be closed until March 31, 2020, or until further notice. If you’d like more information about the extra efforts Body Harmonics is taking to keep clients and staff safe and healthy, and how you can help, you can find it here.
Schedules & booking
Clinician schedules are subject to change. With enough advanced notice, some clinicians may be able to provide a time slot not currently posted on our website or in our printed schedules.
You may book an appointment online or contact us at your preferred Health Clinic location by telephone or email. Your appointment will be confirmed via email.

There is no expiration on Body Harmonics gift certificates.
Our 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all of our Clinic services. If you are unable to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment, regular charges will apply. You can cancel online or by contacting us at the Clinic where your service was scheduled.
Health insurance coverage
Many of our Clinic services may be covered under your insurance plan. Please check your plan for detailed information about amounts and terms of coverage. Direct billing to insurance companies is not available. Invoices are always available upon request.
As fragrance sensitivity among the public is on the rise, please limit the use of scented products when visiting our Studios and Clinics.
