There is no expiration on Body Harmonics gift certificates.
Our 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all of our Clinic services. If you are unable to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment, regular charges will apply. You can cancel by contacting us at the Clinic where your service was scheduled.
Many of our Clinic services may be covered under your insurance plan. Please check your plan for detailed information about amounts and terms of coverage. Direct billing to insurance companies is not available. Invoices are always available upon request.
As fragrance sensitivity among the public is on the rise, please limit the use of scented products when visiting our Studios and Clinics.
