Facial Acupuncture
Placing fine needles on the face stimulates a healing response from the body, including the production of collagen and elastin, and also helps release tension in the scalp, forehead, and jaw. Treatments begins with a warm cloth to relax the face and ends with gua sha and gentle cupping to stimulate blood flow and encourage lymphatic drainage.

Facial acupuncture creates a healthy glow, firms and sculpts the face, reduces puffiness and softens fine lines and wrinkles.

Facial Cupping relieves muscle tension, promotes cellular repair, and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin with the use of light suction to avoid marks on the skin.

Prenatal & Postnatal Acupuncture
Acupuncture during pregnancy is a safe, gentle and effective way to manage many common issues experienced at each stage of pregnancy and promote relaxation.
1st Trimester: Nausea, vomiting.
2nd Trimester: Back pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel, pubic symphysis pain.
3rd Trimester: Labour prep starting at 37 weeks. Labour prep acupuncture is a weekly treatment beginning at 37 weeks and helps to gently prepare the body for labour.
Areas addressed by Labour prep acupuncture are: cervical dilation and effacement, encouraging efficient contractions, reducing anxiety, pain management and baby position.
Postpartum: including building milk supply, blocked ducts, wrist, upper body pain, scar tissue release.
