Body Harmonics is focused on the health and wellbeing of all humans. Our founder, Margot McKinnon, and team of 99% women go out of their way to make Body Harmonics a place where people of all genders, orientations, ethnicities, shapes, sizes, ages and backgrounds are welcome. Body Harmonics is a safe space to pursue your wellness goals and feel comfortable in your own skin.
At our Toronto Pilates Studios and Health Clinics, and via our On Demand Pilates video platform, our approach to Pilates and general wellbeing is informed by the latest in movement science and therapeutic health care. We use this approach to meet you where you’re at so that we can help you to move well and be well at every age and stage of your life.
Within our Education and Pilates Teacher Training programs, we focus on providing you with a solid, science-backed education that will give you the skills to “teach well” and make a meaningful difference.
Body Harmonics’ highly trained and experienced Pilates instructors teach you how to respect and challenge your body the way nature intended. Why? So that you can get strong and feel great on your own terms—without succumbing to old-school thinking that champions the idea of “no pain, no gain.”
For us, exercise and movement shouldn’t hurt. It should feel great! We look forward to helping you move with ease and feeling your absolute best today, tomorrow and always.

I’m thrilled with the new knowledge I gained attending a Body Harmonics pilates workshop. I’ve used it with my private clients, active athletes and mixed group classes, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive: persistently tight hips have loosened up, and clients report an overall feeling of “feeling supported” in their movement. How awesome is that?!! Thank you Margot
