Core Flow is an Intermediate level class that combines the basic principles of Pilates with elements taken from Vinyasa Yoga. Great for toning and strengthening your entire body as well as reducing stress while improving mental focus. Vinyasa means “to link” in this context, to synchronize breath with movement. The teacher will create a sequence of postures that flow effortlessly from one to the next, gradually warming-up the body.

An intermediate level class, Rhythm Pilates weaves the best exercises in the Pilates repertoire into dynamic and fluid movement combinations that helps you find the dancer within us all. An amazing way to feel your full body work and move in time with the music. Best of all, you’ll feel like you’re dancing!
Pilates and Rebounding
Cardio Rebounding *E
High energy and advanced, this class really makes you sweat! Bounce up and down on the joint-friendly mini trampoline for up to 30 minutes to rev up your cardiovascular system, recharge your lymphatic system and thoroughly tone your musculoskeletal system.
Pilates and Gyrokinesis
Gyrokinesis *D
Gyrokinesis is a series of fluid twists, bends, spirals and stretches to open and strengthen your joints, release those tight spots, and lenghten and strengthen your muscles. Developed by a former dancer and gymnast, the movements feel more like dancing than exercising, but they work your whole body. A perfect complement to core-building Pilates training, these classes leave you feeling invigorated and complete, with an extraordinary sense of lightness and well-being.
