Reformer Foundations *D
Reformer Foundations is for you if you are new to the Pilates machines. We focus on key resistance exercises that leave you feeling stronger and definitely more flexible. Core control and strengthening will be part of every exercise as you work your way through a different sequence of exercises for the entire body each week.
Core Reformer *D E
Core Reformer is the next step after Reformer Foundations. It is a balanced workout that really starts to challenge how you use your core in relation to the resistance provided by the Reformer machines. You will build on key Pilates principles of core control, fluid motion and coordination.
INTERMEDIATE
Reformer Trim & Tone *D E
Reformer TRIM & TONE is an intermediate level class with a perfect balance between strength and flexibility training. Intended for people who wnat to work hard and also feel stretched out at the end of class. Simple moves, lots of flow and a great test of your strength endurance as you build long, lean muscles.
Pilates Trio Circuit *E
Pilates Trio Circuit is an intermediate level class combining reformer, mat and the stability chair. Dynamic, varied and challenging, this class works the body using the resistance systems of the machines and your own body weight and control on the mat. The reformer gives you length, the chair demands strength and balance and the mat tests the integration of muscles in your whole body.
Intense Reformer *D E
Intense Reformer is a strong intermediate level class and an ideal opportunity to experience the power, versatility and simplicity of this ingenious machine. Exercises are simple enough to master with an intensity level that allows you to really feel your body working and toning to its maximum.
ADVANCED
Reformer Strength Training *D
Based on key principles of strength training this intermediate to advanced class utilizes the spring resistance of the Reformer to build lean muscle mass in a systematic and thorough way. Designed for those looking to build strength for optimal muscle tone, fat loss and postural support. Repetition is key in this class so prepare to count sets and feel your muscles burning.
Osteoblast *E
Work up a sweat, sculpt your entire body and build bone density with intensity. It all comes down to little cells called Osteoblasts. These are the bone cells responsible for forming and mineralizing your bones. This class is non-stop resistance training at its best. We combine Reformer, Wunda Chair and hand held resistance equipment for 55 minutes of intense exercise that blasts those bone cells into action. Ideal for people concerned about losing bone density or anyone with a family history of osteoporosis.
ADVANCED CHALLENGE
Reformer Body Sculpt *D E
Reformer Body Sculpt is an advanced level class that builds challenge and complexity. Streamlined and flowing, this workout really tones the body from the inside out. Core control, concentration as well as upper and lower body integration are incorporated into every class for a truly full-body workout.
Reformer BOOTCAMP *D E
Reformer BOOTCAMP is a fat-burning, muscle buidling, cardio combo. The Reformer teams up with the Stability Chair or small apparatus to challenges your entire body, gets your heart pumping and legs quivering.
Pilates for Fat Loss *E
Pilates for Fat Loss is just that. A revolutionary new class where you tap into your endocrine system and muscular skeletal system to melt away fat from the most stubborn spots. Performed methodically, this class alternates upper and lower body exercises with very little and properly timed rest. A number of series are taught throughout the session so students master the exercises and rest between upper and lower body work is minimal.
SPECIALTY GROUPS
Restorative Reformer **D E
Use the unique spring resistance system of the Pilates reformer and modified therapeutically focused exercises to gently but effectively strengthen, align and stretch your whole body. Beneficial and safe for clients with arthritis or other joint issues, osteoporosis or injuries or conditions preventing them from participating in other reformer classes. Ideal for pre-hab and post-rehab for hip, knee and other joint replacements
Teen Reformer * E
Pilates tailored to teens 14-17. Upbeat and fun, every class helps you lay the groundwork for toned muscles, great posture, balanced strength and flexibility and graceful movement for the rest of your life.
Starving Artist Reformer Series *D
The Starving Artists Reformer Series for performing (a.k.a. starving) artists has been a huge success! These classes provide artists from different disciplines the unique opportunity to train mindfully and thoroughly in a guided, intimate, and fun setting.
