Refunds and Transfers

If you must withdraw from your registered class(es), a full refund minus a $20 administration fee will be granted prior to the first day of the designated term. Thereafter you may transfer your remaining classes to a person of your choice.

In the event that you can no longer attend your registered classes you may transfer your remaining classes to a person of your choice.

In the event that you incur an injury or suffer from an ongoing illness that prevents you from participating in you registered class, please contact the Front Desk to discuss the matter. Each case is dealt with on an individual basis.

Prepaid private or semi-private sessions are transferable to a person(s) of your choice but non-refundable.

Cancelled Classes and/or Workshops

Body Harmonics Pilates reserves the right to cancel or suspend classes, combine classes, change teachers or limit enrollment. Classes will be cancelled if there is insufficient enrollment or if the designated teacher cannot be suitably replaced. We will make every effort to notify you of any cancellations or changes no later than three (3) business days prior to the class start date. For this reason it is essential that you provide us with daytime and evening phone numbers and an email address on your registration form.

While changes cannot necessarily be made to the printed schedule after publication, the online schedules are updated regularly as required.

Inactive Accounts

If an account is left in active for twelve (12) months or more, (i.e. no private or semi-private sessions redeemed within this time period), the pre-purchased sessions may be resumed but no refunds will be granted.
