If you will be unable to attend the course you are registered for but can make it to that course or another course at another time, you may transfer your registration. Only one such transfer is allowed and, after that, no refunds will be issued or additional transfers permitted In the event you need to cancel your registration in a course, the following policy will apply when you notify Body Harmonics Pilates:

Refunds

With notification 15 days or more prior to course start date, a refund is issued, minus a

$25 administrative fee
  • With notification between 15 to 2 days prior to course start date, a
50% refund based on full course tuition and materials fees will be issued
  • There will be no refunds issued if notification is received 48 hours or less before the training course has begun.
Transfers

With notification between 15 to 2 days prior to course start date, you may transfer into an equivalent course offered at a later date, for a

$25 administrative fee
  • With notification 48 hours or less before the training course has begun, you may transfer into an equivalent course offered at a later date, for a
$75 transfer fee
  • Please note you may transfer out of a course one time only.
After that, no refunds or transfers will be issued
Incomplete Courses

Any missed portion of a course must be made up with private sessions at Body Harmonics Pilates. It is your responsibility to purchase, schedule, and attend these sessions within six months of the missed course dates. A one hour private session is equal to one hour of missed time in an instructor training course or continuing education workshop.

IMPORTANT. . .

Applicable taxes will be added to listed course and material fees at time of registration. Any deposits for course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Fees are subject to change without notice.
