Continuing Education Credits: Lifelong Learning

Every teacher who successfully completes either the Mat Work Intensive, the Reformer Intensive or the Equipment Intensive is required to fulfill only 15 hours of continuing education every two years to maintain status as a Body Harmonics Pilates’ trained teacher. The two-year period is calculated from the date of completion of all course requirements.

The minimum 15 required hours can include:
  • group classes
  • private sessions
  • continuing education workshops


One Continuing Education Credit (CEC) is equal to one hour of training and development. Educational workshops from other organizations will be considered for a maximum of 4 CEC’s.
